Jeremy founded ARCA after seeing too many ambitious homes get compromised between the drawing and build. Over 12+ years he has become fluent in resolving challenges that derail complex builds, and disciplined about the methods and materials that keep a home performing at its highest for decades.

Brandon Banks
Brandon brings institutional finance discipline and transparency to residential construction. He has led over $700M in M&A, capital raises, and joint ventures, and applies that rigor at the project level so clients get precise cost management and protection across multi-year, high-value builds

Marlon contributes extensive experience in civil engineering and residential community development. He oversees ARCA's Los Angeles project teams and serves as a point of contact for clients during planning, helping align scope and expectations before construction begins.
