ARCA Builders was founded by Jeremy Lepine in 2017 to build luxury custom homes that live better, last longer, and ask less of their owners over time.

These shape what we take on, how we run it, and what we hand over. When they don't fit, we say so early.
The ARCA Standard
Every project is built above code, to specifications we set ourselves. The point isn't avoiding failure. It's a house that's quieter to own: fewer callbacks, lower operating cost, less to think about across the years that matter most.
Built to Last
ARCA has worked in these neighborhoods since 2017 and intends to be here for decades. That outlook is why we invest in the documentation, technology, and internal systems that let the work scale without thinning out.
Documented, Not Improvised
Every spec, allowance, and decision is captured before it leaves pre-construction. Everybody involved knows exactly what's being built against a verifiable record, in systems we built ourselves.
Selective by Design
We take pride in our attention to detail and craftsmanship. We only take on projects where the ARCA Standard fits. When it doesn't, we say so early.
