Homes at this level rarely sit on easy lots. We phase and stage the work around each site’s constraints, planning access, deliveries, and security. We lock the schedule to the trade commitments made in buyout.
Site Management
Every on-site call is handled by someone who already knows the drawings, the numbers, and the reasoning behind both. A dedicated project manager owns the schedule and your line of sight into all of it.
Quality Control
Work is checked against the detail sheet at every stage. Structural connections, waterproofing, and systems are inspected before they are covered, because finishes only perform as well as the assemblies behind them.
Delivery
Your project team walks the home before you do, checking every finish, fixture, and operable part against the detail sheet. We hand it over in person, review it with you, and stand behind it long after.
