California Transitional with Scandinavian-Inspired Interiors
Cecil Place was rebuilt from the ground up with a California transitional design approach. The exterior features whitewashed stucco, black-framed windows, and clean horizontal rooflines, creating a simple composition defined by proportion and shadow.
The interior emphasizes warmth and restraint with oak cabinetry, honed stone surfaces, and neutral finishes drawn from Scandinavian principles. The open-plan layout aligns the kitchen, dining, and living areas toward the rear yard, connecting indoor spaces to the pool and lounge through large sliding glass doors.
