Transitional Modern in Pacific Palisades
Stonehaven combines combines modern massing with transitional cues. Stone cladding anchors the gabled volume, while vertical wood siding and smooth stucco planes frame the rectilinear forms. Floor-to-ceiling glass dissolves the boundary between indoors and outdoors, filling spaces with light and emphasizing connection to the landscape.
Inside, the architecture carries the same disciplined use of materials. Slatted wood ceilings, full-height glass walls, and stone accents reinforce the rhythm of the exterior while creating warm, textured spaces. The plan is organized around long sightlines and layered transparency, balancing privacy with openness to the landscape.
