Marisol combines Tuscan elements such as textured stone walls, smooth plaster, and a clay tile roof, with expansive steel-framed windows and glass railings for a modern edge. Deep overhangs and wood soffits define the terraces, emphasizing strong horizontal lines.
Inside, stone and wood carry across floors, walls, and ceilings, creating continuity between interior and exterior. Large window walls and arched openings reference Mediterranean tradition, reinterpreted with clean detailing and contemporary proportions.
